JudgeMeSoftly.com is owned and operated by WeGo Nation LLC (“Judge Me Softly,” “WeGo Nation,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

These Terms of Use (“Terms” or “Agreement”) govern your access to and use of JudgeMeSoftly.com and its related services.

By visiting Judge Me Softly, submitting a case, updating a case, voting, or otherwise using interactive features of the Service, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. What Judge Me Softly Is

Judge Me Softly is a free entertainment and community-perspective platform where people may anonymously present everyday disagreements, dilemmas, awkward situations, and personal experiences for other users to consider.

Users may read the circumstances presented and vote on a verdict, which may include choices such as:

• Guilty;
• Not Guilty;
• Both; or
• Hung.

These verdicts represent community opinion and entertainment.

Judge Me Softly is not a court of law.

Nothing provided through Judge Me Softly constitutes:

• Legal advice;
• A legal judgment;
• Arbitration;
• Mediation;
• Professional counseling;
• Therapy;
• Medical advice;
• Financial advice;
• Employment advice; or
• Any other professional service.

A Judge Me Softly verdict has no legal authority or binding effect.

2. Be Human

Judge Me Softly exists to encourage perspective, discussion, and reflection — not punishment.

You may disagree with someone's decisions.

You may believe someone handled a situation poorly.

You may vote against them.

But there is a real person behind many stories.

Use Judge Me Softly with curiosity, fairness, humor when appropriate, and basic respect for others.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Judge Me Softly's interactive features.

The Service is not directed to children under 13.

Where local law requires a higher minimum age or parental permission, users must comply with those requirements.

4. Filing a Case

When submitting a case, you agree to:

• Describe the situation honestly to the best of your knowledge;
• Make a reasonable effort to describe the other person's perspective fairly;
• Use nicknames rather than real names;
• Avoid unnecessary identifying information;
• Avoid deliberately misleading the jury;
• Avoid impersonating another person; and
• Follow any submission instructions presented by Judge Me Softly.

Submitting a case does not guarantee publication.

5. Protect Other People's Privacy

Do not use Judge Me Softly to expose or identify another person.

Unless specifically permitted by us and reasonably necessary, do not submit another person's:

• Full legal name;
• Home address;
• Phone number;
• Personal email address;
• Workplace;
• School;
• Social-media username;
• License plate;
• Government identification number;
• Financial information;
• Private medical information;
• Precise location;
• Private photograph; or
• Other information that could reasonably be used to identify or locate them.

Even a first name may identify someone when combined with other information.

Use fictional nicknames or general descriptions whenever reasonably possible.

6. Clerk Review

Cases may be reviewed before appearing publicly.

By submitting content, you authorize Judge Me Softly and WeGo Nation LLC to edit your submission for publication.

We may:

• Replace names;
• Remove identifying information;
• Generalize locations;
• Remove contact information;
• Remove unnecessary dates;
• Correct spelling or formatting;
• Shorten repetitive material;
• Add headings or formatting;
• Remove inappropriate material;
• Make limited edits intended to preserve privacy or readability;
• Change a category;
• Decline publication; or
• Remove content.

We are not required to publish any submission.

Clerk review does not mean Judge Me Softly or WeGo Nation LLC has verified that a submitted story is true.

7. Responsibility for Your Submission

You are responsible for the content you submit.

By submitting content, you represent that:

• You have the right to submit it;
• You are not deliberately fabricating serious factual allegations;
• It does not unlawfully violate another person's rights;
• It does not violate applicable law; and
• You are not submitting it primarily to threaten, stalk, harass, expose, intimidate, or harm another person.

Different people can remember or interpret the same event differently.

Good-faith disagreements about what happened are not necessarily violations of these Terms.

Knowingly fabricating harmful allegations is different.

8. Prohibited Content

You may not use Judge Me Softly to submit or distribute:

• Credible threats;
• Instructions to harm another person;
• Targeted harassment;
• Stalking;
• Doxxing;
• Extortion or blackmail;
• Nonconsensual intimate imagery;
• Sexual exploitation;
• Sexual content involving minors;
• Material intended to facilitate serious criminal activity;
• Malware;
• Spam;
• Fraud;
• Impersonation;
• Copyright-infringing content;
• Stolen credentials;
• Highly sensitive personal information;
• Content prohibited by applicable law; or
• Other material we reasonably determine creates a substantial privacy, safety, security, or legal risk.

We may also decline material that does not fit the purpose or community standards of Judge Me Softly.

9. Serious Situations

Judge Me Softly is primarily designed for everyday disputes and personal dilemmas.

It is not intended to publicly adjudicate serious allegations involving matters such as:

• Violent crime;
• Sexual assault;
• Child abuse;
• Serious domestic violence;
• Active criminal investigations;
• Serious accusations against identifiable private individuals;
• Immediate threats to safety; or
• Situations requiring emergency or professional intervention.

We may reject, remove, or substantially redact such submissions.

If someone is in immediate danger, appropriate emergency services or qualified professionals should be contacted rather than relying on Judge Me Softly.

10. Voting

Users may generally cast one vote per case.

Judge Me Softly may use technical measures to prevent duplicate voting and manipulation.

You agree not to:

• Use voting bots;
• Automate votes;
• Circumvent voting restrictions;
• Manipulate browser storage to repeatedly vote;
• Purchase votes;
• Fraudulently coordinate votes;
• Exploit vulnerabilities; or
• Otherwise interfere with jury results.

We may disregard votes we reasonably determine are fraudulent, automated, or manipulated.

11. Verdicts Are Opinions

A verdict represents votes submitted by participating users.

It does not establish that someone committed wrongdoing.

Words such as:

Court, Judge, Jury, Guilty, Not Guilty, Case, Clerk, Bench, Hung, and Verdict

are part of Judge Me Softly's entertainment theme.

They do not imply an actual legal proceeding or legal determination.

12. Published Cases

You may be permitted to withdraw a submitted case before publication.

Once a case is published, it may remain publicly available after voting closes as part of Judge Me Softly's docket or archives.

Do not submit information if you require guaranteed deletion after publication.

Nevertheless, WeGo Nation LLC reserves the right to:

• Delete;
• Redact;
• Edit;
• Anonymize;
• Restrict; or
• Remove

content for privacy, safety, legal, moderation, or operational reasons.

13. Private Case Keys

We may provide a private key, token, or similar identifier allowing a submitter to return to or update a case.

Keep this information private.

We may treat possession of a valid case key as authorization to use functions associated with that case.

We are not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from your disclosure or loss of a private key.

14. Ownership of User Content

You retain whatever ownership rights you legally possess in the original content you submit.

Submitting a story does not automatically transfer ownership of the story to WeGo Nation LLC.

However, operating a public storytelling platform requires permission to use submitted material.

15. License Granted to WeGo Nation LLC

By submitting content to Judge Me Softly, you grant WeGo Nation LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

• Host;
• Store;
• Reproduce;
• Display;
• Publish;
• Format;
• Edit;
• Redact;
• Anonymize;
• Adapt;
• Excerpt;
• Distribute; and
• Otherwise use

your submitted content in connection with operating, maintaining, improving, presenting, and promoting Judge Me Softly.

This may include permission to:

• Publish your case on JudgeMeSoftly.com;
• Edit it for privacy or readability;
• Display it after voting closes;
• Display jury results;
• Include it in archives;
• Feature it elsewhere on the website;
• Use anonymized excerpts on social media;
• Create promotional examples;
• Reformat material for different devices; and
• Maintain backup or archival copies.

We will make reasonable efforts to preserve the anonymous nature of user-submitted cases when using them for promotional purposes.

16. Editorial and Fictional Cases

Judge Me Softly may occasionally publish cases written, adapted, dramatized, commissioned, or created by WeGo Nation LLC, contributors, or a house editorial team.

These may be fictional, composite, dramatized, or adapted for entertainment.

Where appropriate, such content may be identified differently from ordinary community submissions.

17. User Content Is Not Endorsed

Stories submitted by users represent their own perspectives.

Neither Judge Me Softly nor WeGo Nation LLC necessarily endorses, verifies, agrees with, or supports statements contained in a submission.

Moderation or clerk review does not establish that a claim is true.

18. Reports and Removal Requests

You may contact WeGo Nation LLC if you believe content on Judge Me Softly:

• Identifies you;
• Violates your privacy;
• Threatens your safety;
• Violates your intellectual-property rights;
• Includes prohibited personal information;
• Was posted unlawfully; or
• Otherwise violates these Terms.

We may request enough information to reasonably investigate the issue.

A request does not automatically guarantee removal, but legitimate safety, privacy, intellectual-property, and legal concerns will be reviewed.

19. Advertising

Judge Me Softly is free to use.

We may support the Service through advertising, including advertising provided by Google or other advertising companies.

The presence of an advertisement does not mean Judge Me Softly or WeGo Nation LLC endorses the advertiser, its products, its services, or its claims.

Advertising providers may use cookies or similar technologies as described in our Privacy Policy.

20. No Compensation

Unless WeGo Nation LLC expressly agrees otherwise, users are not entitled to payment or compensation for:

• Submitting cases;
• Voting;
• Providing suggestions;
• Having a case featured;
• Providing feedback; or
• Participating in Judge Me Softly.

21. Judge Me Softly Intellectual Property

Judge Me Softly's original:

• Name and branding;
• Website design;
• Graphics;
• Software;
• Logos;
• Interface;
• Editorial material;
• Original characters; and
• Other materials created by WeGo Nation LLC

may be protected by intellectual-property laws.

These Terms do not grant users ownership of WeGo Nation LLC intellectual property.

Users may ordinarily share links to publicly accessible cases and make reasonable screenshots for personal discussion or other lawful purposes.

22. Automated Access

Automated systems may not be used to:

• Manipulate voting;
• Mass-submit cases;
• Circumvent rate limits;
• Collect private information;
• Probe security systems;
• Overload the Service; or
• Access areas not intended to be publicly accessible.

Ordinary search-engine indexing may be permitted.

23. Security

You may not attempt to:

• Circumvent security controls;
• Access another person's private case functions;
• Discover private case keys;
• Introduce malware;
• Exploit vulnerabilities;
• Disrupt servers;
• Interfere with availability; or
• Obtain unauthorized access to systems or information.

We may restrict access associated with suspected abuse.

24. Availability and Changes to the Service

WeGo Nation LLC may modify Judge Me Softly at any time.

We may:

• Add features;
• Remove features;
• Modify voting systems;
• Change categories;
• Change case durations;
• Introduce advertising;
• Restrict functionality;
• Suspend portions of the Service; or
• Discontinue Judge Me Softly.

We do not guarantee that every feature or submission will remain available permanently.

25. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the extent permitted by law, Judge Me Softly is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Neither Judge Me Softly nor WeGo Nation LLC guarantees that:

• The Service will always be available;
• User stories are accurate;
• Users will always tell the truth;
• Voting results represent the general population;
• A verdict reflects how a court or professional would evaluate a situation;
• Every identifying detail will be detected;
• Content will be error-free; or
• The Service will meet every user's expectations.

Use your own judgment when considering anything published through Judge Me Softly.

26. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WeGo Nation LLC and its owners, affiliates, employees, contractors, representatives, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to Judge Me Softly.

This includes claims arising from:

• User-submitted stories;
• Reliance on community verdicts;
• Information voluntarily submitted for publication;
• Third-party actions;
• Unauthorized disclosure of a private case key;
• Service interruption; or
• Loss of information.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where applicable law does not permit such limitation.

27. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for claims resulting from content you submit or your violation of these Terms.

This may include claims caused by knowingly submitting:

• Unlawful information;
• Private identifying information;
• Infringing content;
• Defamatory fabrication;
• Threatening content; or
• Other material you had no right to submit.

28. Enforcement

WeGo Nation LLC may take reasonable action when we believe these Terms have been violated.

Actions may include:

• Rejecting submissions;
• Editing or redacting submissions;
• Removing content;
• Disregarding manipulated votes;
• Restricting access;
• Blocking technical identifiers;
• Preserving evidence relating to misuse; or
• Referring matters to appropriate authorities when legally required or reasonably necessary for safety.

We are not required to take identical enforcement action in every circumstance.

29. Copyright Complaints

If you believe content appearing through Judge Me Softly infringes copyright you own, contact WeGo Nation LLC and provide enough information to identify:

• The copyrighted work;
• The allegedly infringing material;
• Its location on Judge Me Softly;
• Your contact information; and
• The basis for your claim.

We may restrict or remove material while reviewing a legitimate copyright complaint.

Additional copyright or DMCA procedures may be established as the Service grows.

30. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how information may be collected and processed through Judge Me Softly.

By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have had an opportunity to review that Privacy Policy.

31. Changes to These Terms

WeGo Nation LLC may revise these Terms as Judge Me Softly evolves.

The “Last Updated” date identifies the current version.

Continued use of interactive features after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.
